LeAnn Webb joined Weade LLC Realtors® & Auctioneers in January 2015, after completing classes at Hondros College and receiving her real estate license. She comes to Weade LLC with over twenty years experience in the print design industry. With this experience LeAnn hopes to capitalize on social media to promote Weade’s capabilities and offer both sellers and buyers a larger market structure. Previously from Madison County she moved to Washington Court House in October 2012.

Alex Marting is a 2009 Graduate of Miami trace high school where he was active in sports and FFA. After high school Alex attended college and spent some time on the family farm before he obtained his real estate license in 2016 Alex is the youngest son of long time Fayette County auctioneer/farmer. He plans to also be a 3rd generation Fayette county auctioneer someday. In addition to working in real estate Alex volunteers time coaching several youth sports teams. Alex is eager to help both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

Brenda Hughes completed her real estate sales curriculum at Terra State Community College in 2017 and is a prior graduate of Miami Trace High School and Franklin Business University. Brenda is a lifelong resident of Fayette county and recently retired from a 27 year career at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital. She and her husband Max own and operate a 200 acre farm in southern Fayette County, giving her hands on knowledge of agricultural real estate. Brenda is excited to continue serving the community by helping buyers and sellers find their dream home and sell their existing home.

Jacob Rose joined Weade, LLC Realtors & Auctioneers in the summer of 2022. Jacob is a 2015 graduate of Miami Trace High School. In addition to being a newly licensed realtor, he works as a firefighter/paramedic in Fayette County. He also own and operates his own excavating business. Jacob wanted to become more involved with real estate after purchasing and remodeling investment properties with his business partner. Ron Weade entered the real estate business in 1974 after graduating from The Ohio State University with a major in real estate. He attended Reppert’s Auction school and licensed as an Auctioneer in 1975. Ron has been a General Certified Appraiser in Ohio since 1992, the first year of certification, and the only General Certified appraiser in Fayette County. Being a Realtor, Ron has served twice as Fayette County Board of Realtor’s President, is a member of the National and Ohio Auctioneers Association, and a member of the National Association of Master Appraisers. Ron and his family also own and manage several hundred acres of farmland, apartments, and business property in the Fayette County and Washington C.H. Area.
