Teri Maust has been with Weade LLC Realtors® & Auctioneers since 1994. With Teri’s experience she has been very successful at selling residential properties in and around Fayette County over the years. Teri is also a Certified Residential Appraiser and has covered Fayette and surrounding counties for approximately 10 years.
Ronda Turner became a real estate sales agent for Weade, LLC REALTORS® & Auctioneers in 2003 but, she has been selling real estate since 2001. In addition to her experience in real estate sales Ronda has been working in sales and customer service for over 20 years giving her the experience needed to sell residential properties. Ronda especially enjoys the excitement of working with first time home buyers.
Debbie Weade has been involved with the operations of Weade, LLC REALTORS® & Auctioneers since 1977 but, she has become much more active in the company since retiring from guidance counseling at the Miami Trace Junior High in 2006. Debbie has been a real estate sales agent since 1995 and will gladly assist you with your farm land and residential needs. Debbie also has experience managing real estate properties.
LeAnn Webb joined Weade LLC Realtors® & Auctioneers in January 2015, after completing classes at Hondros College and receiving her real estate license. She comes to Weade LLC with over twenty years experience in the print design industry. With this experience LeAnn hopes to capitalize on social media to promote Weade’s capabilities and offer both sellers and buyers a larger market structure. Previously from Madison County she moved to Washington Court House in October 2012.
Katie Mason joins the Weade, LLC Realtors & Auctioneers team after 7 years of sales in the Agriculture Industry. She Graduated from The Ohio State University in 2007 with a degree in Agriculture Systems Management and Ag Business. Katie lives just outside of Washington Court House with her husband Ben and son. She is eager to guide buyers and sellers through the home ownership process.
Alex Marting is a 2009 Graduate of Miami trace high school where he was active in sports and FFA. After high school Alex attended college and spent some time on the family farm before he obtained his real estate license in 2016 Alex is the youngest son of long time Fayette County auctioneer/farmer. He plans to also be a 3rd generation Fayette county auctioneer someday. In addition to working in real estate Alex volunteers time coaching several youth sports teams. Alex is eager to help both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
Brenda Hughes completed her real estate sales curriculum at Terra State Community College in 2017 and is a prior graduate of Miami Trace High School and Franklin Business University. Brenda is a lifelong resident of Fayette county and recently retired from a 27 year career at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital. She and her husband Max own and operate a 200 acre farm in southern Fayette County, giving her hands on knowledge of agriculutral real estate. Brenda is excited to continue serving the community by helping buyers and sellers find their dream home and sell their existing home
Branen Weade received his real estate salesperson license in 2007, broker’s license in 2010 and auctioneer’s license in 2006, but has been working with Weade LLC Realtors® & Auctioneers since 2004. Branen received a Bachelor of Science in Agri-Business from Wilmington College in 2009. With his education, experience, and knowledge Branen will be a great asset when selling your residential, commerical, or agricultural real estate.
Ron Weade entered the real estate business in 1974 after graduating from The Ohio State University with a major in real estate. He attended Reppert’s Auction school and licensed as an Auctioneer in 1975. Ron has been a General Certified Appraiser in Ohio since 1992, the first year of certification, and the only General Certified appraiser in Fayette County. Being a Realtor, Ron has served twice as Fayette County Board of Realtor’s President, is a member of the National and Ohio Auctioneers Association, and a member of the National Association of Master Appraisers. Ron and his family also own and manage several hundred acres of farmland, apartments, and business property in the Fayette County and Washington C.H. Area.
