Terms on real estate: $1,000 earnest money, closing on or before July 10, 2020.  Possession on passing of deed, subject to tenants rights. Bidding will begin at $5,000 per and sells with confirmation of owner after completion of bidding–winning bidder will be notified of confirmation evening of sale. Seller has inherited the property and lives out of town.
